Attorney Aaron R. Tippetts III

Aaron R. Tippetts III, Esq. is a third-generation Las Vegas native with experience in construction litigation, real estate litigation, and general business litigation. 

Having grown up in a family supported by construction professionals and small business owners, Aaron recognizes the critical role that small businesses serve not only in the Nevada economy as a whole, but also in the personal lives of the many owners and employees who work hard to support themselves and their families. Aaron prides himself in keeping informed about the industries he serves, and about developments in Nevada law that may impact his clients.

Aaron graduated from Legacy High School in North Las Vegas in 2012, where he met his wonderful wife and high school sweetheart, Briana Tippetts. He received his undergraduate education at UNLV, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Biology and graduated summa cum laude (with highest distinction). Upon completing his studies at UNLV, Aaron attended law school at the University of Alabama, where he again graduated summa cum laude. After graduating from law school, Aaron became licensed in the state of Alabama and practiced law in Birmingham, Alabama for approximately two years. Aaron subsequently became licensed in his home state of Nevada, and returned to Las Vegas to practice law at Williams Starbuck.

In his free time, Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife, hiking, fishing, playing the guitar, and gardening.
