Zachary T. Williams, Esq. is a fourth generation Las Vegas native with experience in Corporate Law, Financial Restructuring & Bankruptcy, Business Transactions & Formation, Receivership & Trustee Services, and Debt Collection.
Zach graduated magna cum laude from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University-Provo, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Strategy. Zach worked for the international accounting, audit, and consulting firm KPMG as a management and risk consultant before attending and graduating from the Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada – Las Vegas.
Post law school, Zach worked for Fox Rothschild LLP in their Financial Restructuring & Bankruptcy practice, specializing in helping businesses pursue out-of-court restructuring options, and if needed, helping businesses through the Chapter 11 bankruptcy process.
Zach is a full-service corporate and transactional attorney, who has helped numerous clients in the areas of real estate transactions and leases, asset and equity purchase agreements, mergers & acquisitions, business formations and dissolutions, and general corporate representation.
In his free time, Zach enjoys traveling with his wife, playing pickleball & tennis, and snowboarding.
